The Essentials to Understanding and Treating Cervical Pain
Often the pain and dysfunction our clients experience can be traced to a cervical imbalance.
The O/A accounts for a large percentage of cervical range of motion. Loss of this range of motion has a profound affect on the shoulders and hips. How do you know? Learn simple testing and ligament treatment protocols to determine if there is a cervical influence. This hands-on class will also cover treatment of the scalenes, SCM, splenius musculature.
Shoulder pain is one of the leading pain complaints from our clients. Practitioners need to understand basic shoulder biomechanics and possess the skillset to determine what is causing a client’s pain and dysfunction. You will also learn fascial testing techniques to determine the root of your clients shoulder pain. Once the root cause is determined, you will use ligament stimulation protocols to restore shoulder range of motion and function. Client relief is immediate with this gentle treatment methodology and, best of all, The LIFT Method ligament stimulation is easy on the practitioner. This class will cover treatment of the serratus, rhomboid, trapezius and levator muscles.
